Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation management of amazon, AliExpress and SHOPEE, making operation plans for different platforms to ensure steady growth of performance and profits;

2. Responsible for the implementation of internal and external channel promotion plans, improving product exposure and conversion rate, and responsible for the implementation results of marketing plans;

3. Paid close attention to the sales status and ranking of the company's products on the platform in real time, investigated and analyzed the trend of the market and competitors, and constantly optimized the operation methods;

4. Regularly analyzed sales data, made various detailed sales reports, and analyzed and optimized them;

5. Controlled inventory, rationally prepared and delivered goods, reduced the risk of out of stock and unsalable goods, and ensured the benign turnover of inventory;

6. Studied customer complaints and feedback, paid attention to market trends and competition, investigated and made product planning, and actively promoted new product development and iteration;

7. Pay attention to the platform and market policy dynamics, provide adjustment plans in time, and avoid risks;

8. Responsible for operation team building, personnel management and motivation.

Ii. Qualifications:

1. At least three years of experience in e-commerce operation team management, understanding the current situation of cross-border e-commerce;

2. Familiar with the processes and rules of several major platforms, have rich experience in maintaining and managing account security, and know how to avoid potential risks;

3. Strong sense of responsibility, e-commerce marketing and promotion skills training ability and certain data analysis ability;

4. Good enterprising spirit and teamwork spirit, independently designated sales operation strategy and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions;

5. Have the ability to set and achieve sales targets, and lead the sales team to complete monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
