2. Responsible for the overall planning, operation, promotion and customer management of Taobao stores and other basic store operations;

3. Responsible for daily product management of Taobao store, such as new and off shelves of products, update of product introduction materials and product promotion;

4. Responsible for the operation and promotion of the store according to the standard rules of Taobao, improve the popularity of the store, carry out advertising for the store, divert products through various channels, and increase product sales;

5. Organize and analyze the operation situation, product sales, product structure, user feedback and other data of Taobao stores on a regular basis, and timely adjust taobao stores according to the analysis results;

6. Responsible for daily sales statistics of taobao stores, timely updating of product inventory, timely upgrading of red line products to ensure sufficient products do not affect sales;

7. Responsible for summarizing product sales information and logistics information, and timely updating logistics;

8. Responsible for pre-sales consultation, after-sale return and exchange, product maintenance, etc.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of platform operation experience; Familiar with platform operation rules.

Can use Taobao marketing tools and data statistics, through background data analysis, understand the store operation status and timely optimization.

Familiar with the operation rules of taobao channels, understand the promotion tools of each channel, the use of the way, and can predict the results and timely put forward the operation optimization plan;

Strong communication and coordination skills;
